How do the BBFC work?

The BBFC watch the films and videos all the way through and award the films with an age rating and an insight.. Most films are watched by two employees and then if they are undecided the film will be taken to the management for a decision to be made. However the BBFC are only for guidance, local authorities do have the power to change age ratings and classifications.
